White supremacist and neo-Nazi organizations have announced and discussed plans to hold a rally in Mansfield, Pennsylvania on August 26. The demonstration will coincide with Mansfield’s 6th Annual Community Kids Day, which will feature local businesses, civic organizations, and the town police department, amongst others. College students will also be returning to Mansfield University on August 23, notably increasing the total population and diversity of the community. The demonstration appears to have been originally planned for June, during Pride month, and was initially framed as a protest against the LGBTQ+ community.
Rapid Response Memo: Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) - Cherokee County, NC Sheriff Event
On September 9, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) plans to hold a day-long training event for law enforcement and a half-day seminar for local citizens titled "The County Sheriff, America's Last Hope," in collaboration with Cherokee County Sheriff Dustin Smith and local conservative grassroots organization Citizens for A Better America. The event will feature speakers, including CSPOA founder Richard Mack, Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf (Michigan), and Cherokee County Sheriff Smith. Concerns about the event arise from CSPOA's involvement in the anti-government movement, their engagement in fraudulent election integrity investigations, and the spread of election conspiracy theories in partnership with "True the Vote."

Rapid Response Memo: Planned Far-Right Protest to Grand Prairie, TX Drag Event
On Wednesday, December 13, Jinkx Monsoon and BenDeLaCreme (former contestants on RuPaul’s Drag Race) will show their holiday special at Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie, Texas at 8 PM. The two drag queens have toured their show for six years now and are well-known in the LGBTQ+ community nationally. The CU Theater hosts this event every year, but this year the show is restricted to those 18 and over because of a new state law. BDI has observed an online call for mobilization by the fascist network known as the New Columbia Movement (NCM), who plan to “pray against” the show that they describe as an “outrageous Christmas drag show.”
Rapid Response Memo: Far-Right Convoy to U.S. South-West Border States
From January 29 to February 3, "Take Our Border Back" will host the "2024 Southern Border Convoy." This event will feature demonstrations and rallies in key border towns such as Eagle Pass, Texas; Tucson, Arizona; and San Ysidro, California. A flyer distributed as part of the convoy's promotional materials contains terminology indicative of nativist or anti-immigrant sentiments, framing immigration and the border as a significant threat to national security. This language is commonly associated with extremist ideologies, particularly those of the far right.

Multiple far-right and white nationalist groups, including the Proud Boys, WLM, Blood Tribe, and Patriot Front, have announced plans or are reportedly planning to commemorate the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol at the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus on January 6, 2024.
Rapid Response Memo: Anti-Immigration Mobilization At U.S. Southern Border Near Eagle Pass, Texas
The United Patriot Party of North Carolina (UPP-NC) has announced a mobilization of far-right actors in Eagle Pass, Texas, beginning January 20th and lasting at least until January 28th. Greg Gibson, who leads the patriot movement group, has encouraged participants to come armed. Many people have interacted with his call to action, announcing their plans to attend and coordinating travel to the U.S.-Mexico border at Eagle Pass.
